A friend of our lost their son to suicide recently. In one of their Facebook posts they had this saying, "...grief is not easy. It's a confusing mess full of ups and downs.”

As many of you know Judy's mom passed away on Dec. 27. For the past month and a half the family has been dealing with all the issues that follow the death of a parent.
